I'm using AutoGK to convert my ripped dvd's to .avi's and most of the time it works perfectly, but on a couple occasions, either the audio for the movie will be off by 5-8 seconds or the balancing is all wrong, like the background noises are really loud and the dialog is really quiet. Does anybody know how i can fix this problem?

PS - on the one where the audio is out of sync, i get an error when i start converting it saying "A field order transition was detected. You may need to use the Fix D2V tool to repair this stream. Refer to the DGIndex Users Manual for details."
