I have Nokia 6020 V 04.50 dtd. 19-12-2005, RM 30.
By mistake the security lock of the phone has been breached and now it is not accepting the code, which i also don't remember now. Can anyone help me know how to format the whole phone so that it resrotes back to the default factory settings.

Please let me know.

I think u r talking about this no. which is generated from IMIE.
i.e. 3072217441
Anyway the IMIE no. is 359772000003872
