Is there any way to change a videos pixel size that I've downloaded? I'm trying to change the size from various sizes to 720X480.

i don't think so it really depends on the quality of the video you downloaded.

so there is no way to increase the quality to appear appropriate pixel size from a shoddy pixel quality video? No software? Willing to pay for it as well.
