did you install it correctly? are all the power cables plugged in (if necessary)? Did you push the VGA card all the way into the AGP slot? Did you connect the vga cable correctly?
Also, maybe try a different monitor?

Have you considered the fact that maybe your monitor or cable is bad? Hook your PC up to a known good monitor/cable and see what it does. Take out the new gfx card first. If it works, then there is a problem with your monitor/cable.
Post back the results and we'll go from there.

double check and make sure that your power supply is strong enough for the new video card.

And again with the computer off wiggle the video card around a bit. After installing my 2nd video card for SLI I flipped out when this happened. I had thoughts of a lengthy RMA and another 2 weeks of waiting. But after reseating the cards and giving them a jiggle the screen came right up.

It could be possible that the AGP bus went bad.....Have you tried an old PCI video card? Your old card may be good, but the AGP port is toast.

You have two available PCI slots on that mobo. Borrow/buy a known good PCI video card and pop it in and see what happens.
Before you do that though, you know you have onboard video on that thing, right? Hook up the monitor to the onboard vid. If you get a signal, then you can change the BIOS to init the PCI/AGP vid first.

So what you are saying is that your onboard video card, and 2 agp cards dont work? Sounds like you have bigger issues. Is the PC even trying to boot the OS? If not, then the whole mobo is probably toast. Do you get any beeps when you power it on? IF not, then it is not even posting, and you are pretty much sunk.

Just because the fans are spinning doesnt mean the PC is not dead. I have had computers fail even though they still 'power up'. It seems that there is a bigger issue here.
Does it beep at all when you turn it on????
