Can ADD Menus to my .VOB files??

Can I convert AVI to DVD files(.vob) with WinAVI & simply just add the menu with Nero vision?? I ask because Nero Vision takes too long to convert AVI to VOB..

Or is there problem made just to add menus to your files.. that would even better.

Load the VOB files from the folder into Nero Vision and when the files are all in the window,highlight them and press the 'Merge Titles' button (lower right centre button, group of three) then proceed to create the menu.
