how can you not know if you have a legal copy of Nero or not? Did you purchase it? Do you have a disc for it? To answer your question a little better, just because you get an illegal disc error does not mean that you have a pirated copy of Nero. In fact, if they had detected that you had a pirated copy, you would have never gotten as far into the burn as you did. There is another problem here. Is your firmware for the writer up to date?
