Help, I tried to convert my video via BatchDPG

I tried to convert my video via BatchDPG so that i could watch it on my ds, but i got a error message that says "Conversion failded. Please open the file in a DirectShow based media player such as windows media player...." What should i do?

make sure you have the following
-batchdgp (obviously you got that)
-AviSynth
-.Net framework 1.1
