is there any way to convert codebreaker codes to action replay???

A. There's a program for it, actually. It's called NDSconvert.
http://doc.kodewerx.net/tools.html#nds

It has problems with any codes that use the Action Replay's dx data register codetypes, but for simple codes (Not pointer codes, etc) it works well.

Also note that since the Codebreaker code encryption isn't broken, encrypted Codebreaker codes cannot be converted.
