It is in the first 2 steps.
Start/Run and type cmd in the Run box.
On the command screen, type ipconfig /all
You should see your IP address on the info that comes up, near where the word Roller is.

I was not sure that that was the right one.
You will have to make sure what model you have.
Here is the list of routers that have Azureus guides.
Portforward.com Azureus & Routers
Scroll down to the BT section and you could look through a few and see if they have a similar screen to what you are seeing.
