Hey guys I have this old P.O.S. surround sound system:

Okay, so my question is: what is the best setting for the equalizer for movies and sports?

OMG is that from the 80s? BTW, I have no idea on calibrating it, whatever sounds best maybe? Just playback a song and adjust it till you find out what sounds best.
