I received "Code error" message. Maybe I am wrong. I had to tell you that this GSM is already working with SIM card of Mtel(one of our providers) but it isn't working with other providers' cards...

If your phone locked to-MTel-Bulgaria-code is OK.
And i dont know why didnt work.
