Avi Playback Flicker[Solved plz delete]

I'm tyring to play an AVI file, but while its playing it flickers like a grey. i almost had seizure!

any idea why the playback on my avi file would be flashing/flickering?
video shows.. audio works, but the flickering will make me blind.

i decided to remove all my codecs, and install just the k-lite pack, it fixed my problem, i had to do with codec interference with the H264.
