Azureus not downloading

I have recently run into an issue that I am not sure what is going on. I am using Win XP V 5.1, Sun Java V 1.4.2_05 and Azureus V 2.5.0.4. I have recently started running into torrents that will not download. The health on the torrent is green, NAT indicator is green, but yet certain torrents will not download. As an example, a torrent currently being attempted to download has 1099 seeders (I am connected to 34 of them) and 487 peers (I am connected to 4 of them). Yet, my download speed for the last 12 hours has been 0. Any idea why this might be happening or anything I can do to rectify? Some torrents will download normally alongside this torrent that will not download. Any suggestions highly appreciated. thanks!
