You can nver be 100% but i have used my software to unlock over 20 phones before without any problems

I offered codes for the IMEI above my first post, i also included the warning on not to Brick the phone so i dont see how i have harmed in anyway as if he did try my codes while abiding to my warning he would possibly unlock and not risk bricking phone

I was only trying to help in the first place and once restarting phone and removing battery and re-inserting you get 3 more chances anyway. Ill leave you to help him.
