for playing nds roms on a ds ds/lite get one of these - http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.1202

as you already have a micro sd memory card you will just need the flash cart (r4ds)

latest firmware for the r4ds is here R4 v1.11 kernel (English) 2007-7-31 - http://www.r4ds.com/download-en.htm

where can i get the flashcard? so the r4 doesnt come with a flashcard? the R4 plays backup ds games and roms?

all you need mate to play nds roms (games ) is a r4ds and a micro sd memory card , when i said flash card i meant the r4ds .

Just a follow up to all this.

I have been offered an NDs 8Gb Fire Card.

Anyone used one of these and is the system of playing roms the same for all these cards?
