hi MCCRASH, thanks for the code. when i type in the last number 7 before the hash it comes up as number nine. even if i tap in another number, it still shows as number 9. all the other numbers go in fine execpt for the last number 7. Any ideas why its doing that?ta.
im in london by the way.

Its possible,problem with button.
Try phone off-phone on.
And if you call,button 7 is OK?
If yes,try once more.

thanks mccrash its working. thanks again for help. reason i mentioned london was in case the area made any difference. i had said uk and didnt specify what part of uk.
