hi im planning on building myself a new computer and had decided on these parts

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/121169

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/129954

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/125203

http://www.ebuyer.com/product/114116

the problem is that a couple of months ago i brought this graghics card which for my current pc is AGP and was hoping to use it in my new one (at the time i just thought a graphics card was a graghics card!)

http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?ModuleNo=115176&doy=2m11

all this is pretty much busted my budget and ive still got to find the money for a case and power supply!
so if anyone can suggest a solution to this, like an agp motherboard (ideally that supports 4gb or more of ram) of around the same price thats compatible with the rest of my list? or is there maybe an agp to pci adapter?
any suggestions more then welcome
thanks

replace the 350 watt psu in new tower with a 450+ watt psu. that wd sata 2 hd will be running as a sata 1 on that motherboard. why are you buying another cpu heatsink fan assembly as you'll get 1 with new cpu?
