Someone, I need help with an IP Blocker.

I use UTorrent and was wondering if someone could walk me through getting and setting up an IP Blocker. I have a 32bit Vista.

You can use ipfilter.dat as a plugin for uTorrent with Vista...

I don't use torrents but I hear PeerGuardian is a good tool. Don't know if it works for Vista though.

PeerGuardian hasn't come out with a Vista compatable program yet.
