Yeah, so I can see an eye brow being raised when I asked that question, but here me out:

Was doing a little reading and came across an aD article:

...it was then I started to wonder. If TPB actually pulled that off, could they copyright the language as strictly used for p2p apps, thus RIAA, ISPs, MPAA and others could actually not be able to track or use any information against you.

In the US, EVERYTHING is basically copyrighted...so why not this? Even with tcp/ip which is the basis of the internet...one can ask...can you actually copyright a language?

It would be great if they could pull it off...but we'll see.

Looking for some intelligent responses please.
