nokia 6103b unlocking?

I have a nokia 6103B phone from suncom in the states, am living in singapore now and need to unlock it.... please help. Thanks

I have tried the few i have seen, but those were t-mobile numbers and they didn't work. i have tried twice and i know you only get 3 or 5 chances to do this before it permanently locks. By the way, thanks a lot for looking for me
