Could someone generate an unlock code for this phone?

Make/model phone: Nokia 6103b (RM-162)
IMEI #: 359371/00/840333/1
Country the phone is locked in: USA
Provider the phone is locked to: T-Mobile

I'm in Germany now and want to use it with prepaid sim card.
