first off all bundle of thanks for help.
sir i type the code like this
remove sim card. and then restart cell and ignore insert sim option.
then i type #PW+044203460222623+7#
after that option comes phone ristrictions on.
now what can i do. how can i off.
cell is made by mexico. and imei is 356642000347541
RM 77 model 6101.
i will b wait ur solution

yes i buy it in pakistan one time mobilink sim activate for 5 or 6 hours. then stoped. now only paktel sim works no other gsm operators work it is only use for paktel gsm.

my uncle send me from mexico.and in pakistani cellular company paktel now works. mean paktel connection work properly. no other sims activate mean mobilink. telenor. one day mobilink dealer activate and mobilink sim work only 6 hours after that cell is in now same condition. only paktel work.

If the Phone came from Mexico and it works in India, it is not locked.
If it was locked we will need to know the Network in Mexico that the phone is locked to.
In India you will not get all the networks in every area.
Your phone will only receive the 1800Mhz Band and in some areas the Networks only have 900Mhz Band.
Asy the Networks in your area what they use.
