Need help unlocking a Nokia 3120b

My wifes phone got run over and I'd like to use my older Nokia 3120b with her SIM card. We are using T-Mobile currently but the older phone I'd like to unlock was one from our older days with Cingular.

The IMEI is:
357960000712673

Anyone have any info on the restriction code to unlock this?

I'd greatly appreciate any help! Thanks,
