I've been ripping and burning movies for a few years now from hard copies using everything from decrypter, shrink, rip-it-4-me, anydvd, and more.
Now i've decided to try burning some movies and tv shows using bittorrent and downloading them so i don't need the original hard copies.
The problem i'm having is all the files i download via bittorrent seem to be in a wma video file format to play on windows media player. I can't burn them to dvd using my old approach because they are not in vob formats.
if anyone with bittorrent download to playable dvd experience could help it would be appreciated. thx.

Try converting them with ConVertXtoDVD.
The demo leaves a watermark.

for freeware I'll toss my hat towards dvdflick. a wonderful little tool that allows you do do pretty much anything you want. Basic menus and chapters are easy as pie.

http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/334154 Substitute DVDFabHDDecrypter for DVDFabDecrypter and I like FixVTS. Won't need anything after Decrypter for HDD but a lot of space. Edit: wrong post
