I think i am giving up now, don't whnt to bother to send them email everyday, if they don't reply and send me a replacement before 19/12, then i will buy another one when i go to london on 20/12....

crap i ordered from them on the 5th, i wish i had seen this before
i ordered initially from volumerate / dealextreme 2 R4's and received only 1, and it is damaged. They are based in HK
so stay away from them as well

Guys, i have also noticed some peeps have been getting their goods ok from model gadget. But im with you two.. i dont trust them one bit.
Wish i could suggest anything. I have just had to order one R4ds with scandisc for £55 through a friend of a friend. :( (Mums huh) have to have this by christmas for my son because my daughter already has one. Its not even worth me helping you out this way, cos i am playing on a tight time limit for xmas time as to whether im gonna get em on time.

i will buy it from click.com again because they are in cardiff, so i can go to thier show directly to buy it, but they said they don't have stock now. and tell me to email them next week again.

hi al, I finally recive it today, because they have send it to the wrong address, they send it to flat143, but i am living in flat43, so is luckily the people give it back to me, because of this it make me late to give it to my friend for the birthday gift..

No probs here
I ordered mine from Model Gadget on the 05-12-07 and it arrived on the 08-12-07. I ordered one from Gadget-Asia and received this in seven days so was quite impressed, I only ordered the second one I required from Model Gadget as they were a little cheaper.
I would use either of these companies again personelly.

I Ordered and paid on the 21/11 for an ms simply but nothing appeared in my account history and had no confirmation by email of order as in previous transactions. I have had one automated email reply since to about 11 e mails stating they are very busy and they would look into it the following day - well that was 5 to 6 days ago and not heard anything since. Can't work them out as a few days earlier i ordered something from them and it arrived the next day. I am now £45 out of pocket and they dont answer the phone or reply to e mails, however worldpay have confirmed they definitely received the money.
There business address is Console PC Com Ltd (trading as model gadget)
2A River Way, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 0HH, UK.
If no joy soon it will be time to talk to Surrey trading standars and Visa .

nothing still
though his phone is now ringing
but didnt pick up
now seems to be putting the phone down straight away

Just to let you know
I ordered 2 M3 Simplys with 2 Micro SD Cards on the 6th December.
The order arrived on the 10th December but there were no Micro SD cards in there
Ive left them emails asking where the cards are but no reply as of yet
Hope they get sent

I ordered on the 5th at like 9 am. I went home for a bit and the postman was already there so nothing arrived today (10th). This is for a gift and I explained in my order that I needed it by the 12ve MAX.
