Could some one please help me unlock a Nokia 6103b
IMEI: 352269/01/388818/0
Provider: T-Mobile

I am trying to use the phone on a different network and have not had much luck so far. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It said "Cannot Undo Restrictions" When I tryed that code. Is it permanently locked or is there any thing else I can try. I took the battery out every time i tryed a different code. Thanks for your help by the way.

Sorry to hear that.
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked.
"Error code" wrong code. STOP tell us.

"Not allowed" or "Can Not Undo Restriction" it's
hard-locked. Used up all your free tries!!
Someone has entered too many wrong codes before you
came to us. You only get 3 to 5 tries.
If you enter the same code two times, that is two tries.
Your phone is hard-locked.
You will need to take it to a phone shop that has the
equipment to unlock it.
It will still work on your original Network.

Thanks for helping me out. I appreciate your time and effort. Although it really sucks. I was told by a phone shop that as long as I took out the battery it would reset the phone and i could have more trys to unlock it. What kind of phone shops would unlock it? I have been to a few here locally and no one wants to help. I really appreciate your help JoshW

Links were listed for you up above and all three of them can be trusted but obviously you would want to use the USA postal unlocker. Visit the link and send him an email for details.

You would be without the phone for maybe 4 to 5 days for under $30.00
