Is there an emulator for PC that will play Pokemon diamond and pearl.
If anyone has a link or website name for a NDS Emulator and Pokemon Diamond download that works. Please post it. Thank You!

Yes there is. You search for no$gba and you can play nds rom with it.
But the game should be more slower than vba. Try this website
