How come when i use ifoedit it say wrong region, can't play!!

Hey i tried to use use ifoedit to take out the warning from 321 dvdx, whenever i use dvd play it says "disk formatted not to play in this region." Help please, thank guys.

just click on region checking button, and make it the right region. It could also have something to do with making it with dvdxcopy.
