If you are having particular difficulties with a trader, say they've taken your cash and failed to deliver, or just offer really poor customer service by lack of communication etc-

Add them here to a Hall of Shame !

If they come good, be sure to go back and edit your message !

order my r4 2 gig at almost 40 quid on the 22nd of november - still waiting - funny thing is i spoke to the boss and he said hed send me one for wednesday delivery - this conversation was monday - and he lives on the same island as me - ie england, i live in south london - they are cardiff... go figure.

been waiting 2 weeks now... still no communication from them what so ever. - avoid.

same here, well i ordered many times but only one problem. it was the r4 and they like messed up something and took a month to finally receive it. besides that, all the other things i got were fine.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DEALEXTREME... THEY SENT ME WRONG PRODUCT AS WELL CLAIMING IT WOULD WORK (CHINESE VERSION SENT AND DENOTED NOWHERE) THEN WHEN I RECEIVED IT SAID TO SEND IT BACK.

THER ARE SCAM ARTISTS.... AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECH SUPPORT BLOWS DONKEY PARTS.
