Dear all,

Recently I burn music disc image with Nero, before burning I use W.M.P. 11 to edit songs' info. But when it's done, I find all genre lost in the image! While I really put it in "Genre" in W.M.P. for every song!

Please help, thanks!

Could anyone tell me what's wrong with WMP 11's burner problem?

I do connect a good CD burner to the conputer but WMP 11 always tells me to "Connect a burner and restart the Player", the prompt displays again and again after I comply with it.

Thanks...

1, uninstall wmp v11 and install again after reboot...

2, uninstall the drive controllers in/from device manager and reboot...

3, Try this:
Go to RUN>type in Services.msc>Double click IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service> Turn it on, try burning

Nothing here to see, move along folks.

I patch WMP 11 with "WMPCDtext" with which WMP will show the CD/song info in self-made Audio CD. But the premise is that before burning the CD-TEXT shall be input in the burning software.

WMP does not have such feature for inputting CD-TEXT, there for the Audio CD it produces won't be read of CD/song info.

Nero does have, some info seems to be lost though.

If you need install the patch, it's here: http://users.skynet.be/tim.debaets/software/WMPCDText-1.0.exe, check it in "Tools - Plug-ins", and you may need to right click and select "Read CD-TEXT".

Would you have more comments on editor of song info and Audio CD burning software

Thanks...
