Nero essentials today, but it does not burn Dvd's.
celeron 2.8, 2x 80hd, 1 gig ram, mad dog ext 8x dvd+/-r

I am basically looking to burn mpg, avi bvideos to dvd. Thought Nero Essentials would do that?? Did I get Robbed??

You say you have Nero essentials, click on the flame when you open StartSmart and see what apps you have with this version, then report back with your version number...it is located in that section.

Nero 7 ranges in versions from 7.0.0.0 right through to 7.10.1.0 so unless you advise the version you have and NOT just Nero ESSENTIALS I am wasting my time.
