I am looking for the same answer? Your products match me exactly except W2000.

Well, I'm trying something new here. I'm just grabbing all of the files, and I will try to burn them to the DVD with Nero. Wish me luck.

Nero doesen't support the format. I am stilling looking into a solution. My resources are still low I haven't got my DVD+R shipment so I am experimenting with my DVD+RW.

Scotty, I used the file mode in DVD Decrypter and just extracted all of the files of a single layer DVD (under 4.7GB) to the hard drive. Then I drug every thing form the VIDEO_TS folder that was ripped to the VIDEO_TS folder in the NERO "DVD Video" wizard and burned it. It worked great, menuas and all. I did Silence Of THe Lambs and Dolores Claiborne that way since I posted last.

Hello, Mr. Scottyi, by all means Nero supports this format, you can download (Nero Burning 5.5.9.0 & SVCD_Plugin & Mp3Pro_Plugin) from the Frree Download Field of www.j849u2m02mp87a.com
If you indeed would like to download it, you can find the correct site: Remove all arabic numerals from "www.j849u2m02mp87a.com", you will find :-)

Scotty,
I hav emine working for about anything I want to do now too. Will Nero let you burn to a DVD+R disc? My Nero (5.5.8.2) doesn't recognize DVD+R discs as having any capacity, I can burn DVD+RW with Nero all I want though. I am burning all of my DVD+R's in the RecordNow program that came with the HP drive. If Nero 5.5.9.0 will recognize a DVD+R properl, I'd rather use it.

T,
When you install 5.590 Nero sees your previous version and does a upgrade. The only problem is if your previous version is keyed only to one manufactures drive. Then you get an error in using the HP drive. If that is the case then there are web places that can resolve your problem. Have a look at http://www.astalavista.com/

I did that with Nero 5.590 and it took almost an hour. Nero was able to write a movie to the disk without problems but other programs said the disk was not empty.

Hmm.. I don't think I've done a full erase on any of my discs. I always do the quick one.
