DVD-R/RW OK but DVD+R/RW a problem!

Hi All,

I have been ripping and burning to DVD-R/RW for some time now with no problems. Recently I decided to look at DVD+R/RW.

I used the same process but my DVD+R/RW discs are only readable in my Pioneer 106 drive.

Neither my stand alone player or my DVD-ROM or Pioneer 103 can read the disks in DATA or DVD formats!

Is their something different you need to do to DVD+R/RW discs to make them readable?

I think its just a compatability issue, Minus is a lot more compatibel than Plus.
I read somewhere - is 90+% compatible and + only 80+%
You could try different media see if they work.
