The document on the WMV permit questions:
Use this tool to resolve: FairUse4WM
FairUse4WM is based on drmdbg graphical user interface procedures, the DRM protection in media files can be removed , support WM10 and some WM11 version ,does not support WM9. If you can not find certain documents or could not be converted or broadcast in your mobile devices. Please try to use this software to extract permits. Once you extract the permit, it no longer needs to use WMP to play each of the documents. (Do not used for illegal purposes)

The two-step:
1, open your document to the players, automatically download broadcast license, if the "play" button appear, not to click on it, just close the permit window and windows media player 10.
2, activate the software, click on "restore permits" have access to the loading or before obtaining permits to add the vedio file to descrypt,and do as it tells to. in general, it just takes ten seconds or more or so, very fast.
