hi there ,i would like to build a new gaming system i was hoping you could recommend me a really good cpu ,mobo, and video card my budget is 1500 for all 3 together =) ill buy the rest of it later right know i just wanna get that.

ASUS Striker or any Asus 680I....T or A, i forgot which one is beter for the quad core
2 512MB EVGA 8800GT in SLI
INTEL Quad core (right now 2.4GHz, 1066MHz FSb, 8MB of cache)
but wait intel is releasing a new quad core @ 12MB of cache @ $350 @Q1 of 2008

^To add to that, nvidia will supposedly be releasing their 9 series in Q1 too, so I would wait.

Ati is also launching the 3870x2 in January if everything goes right.

I would wait as well. Wait for proper 45nm Quad cores and the new range of video cards.
Oh and Make damn sure you get a decent quality power supply for this build, don't just throw anything in.

yea i will wait but since i have the money now, christmas is in two weeks and im the kind of person that if i dont buy it now ill probably spend the money on something else that doesnt have any thing to do with computers any quick picks?
