i have tried with the SIM card into the phone and i receive "code error".

EDIT: The simcard that I inserted into the phone is the O2 Locked, do i need insert my new provider sim card to unlock?

If your phone locked to-O2-Germany-code is correct.
Try other sim,possible,already unlocked.

Finally i can unlock the phone!!!

I insert a SIM CARD from another provider
Click "Undo"
Then Insert the code.
