WMS Idle problem

I installed nero essential. since then the key bord did not respond to word, excel. I reinstalled MS office. Since then I get WMS Idle problem when I shut down my computer. I got the solution of opening MSConfig and deactivating MNGmonitor. I do not know how to open MSconfig and deactivate MNGmonitor. Kindly help me.

go to STAR MENU/RUN/ then type msconfig and click ok

the below box will load up




but to be honest you shouldnt be getting any errors as such! dam that nero v8 has got many many problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
