You use the serial # for Nero 6. You do have a legit one right?

Some of the serial numbers which were lifted from pirate sites are now "Blacklisted" by Nero due to numerous individuals using the same number and having the program "call home" for a product update query. If you legally obtained your serial number, explain the situation to Nero and they may help you out. I have heard of a couple of people who have accidentally posted their number on this site by leaving it their Nero log when they posted it for help. Of course the pirates were quick to pick them up and post it on other sites as well. Don't believe me, just google your Nero number and see if it pops up somewhere else.
