new firmware`s are out for the r4ds and the m3ds simply , Solved the 1834 Final Fantasy IV (J) (MaxG) problem .

m3ds simply V1.10 - http://www.handheldsources.com/M3DS/Download_M3DSS.html

Seems like DLDI autopatching was giving Final Fantasy IV problems , ok now though using the latest firmware .
