I?ve just bought the Eurovox 2008 (black box) for a Xmass present for my dad, it has already been flashed, what I need is the list of frequencies ,im in south Dublin and on Nthell cable. I tried to open the Eamo's FTA Library(download) and I cant open it , does any one know what file type it is, or better still could you post an up to date list here for me plz..

Thanks mate, I?ve got about 95 station plus foreign speaking channels but seem to be missing the following ?.. Abc 1 394, Jetix 394,National geo wild 371.5, The box 371.5, Chelsea TV 371.5, Sky Premier + 1 307, Sky modern greats 307
Any ideas how to get them ?

Try a manual scan on these frequencies directly from the incoming feed if that doesnt work you may need a booster. What firmware are you using as Kuro has on onboard booster?

I have NO idea , all i now its a Eurovox2008 and it was flashed before i got it , I'm missing maybe 5 channels I would want ie. Chelsea tv, sky prem+1, discovery+1,sky modern greats and National Geo Wild.

As said plug it directly into the incoming cable, if you are still having problems use a booster. Press menu, config and system info this will tell you what firmware you have.

No they are for N**, just do a powerscan with symbol rate input of 6875 for Ch**us.

My Eurovox 2008 hads been playing up for the last week , chanels have been going missing for a few hours but would reappear later, only chaels i would have is rte2,tg4, and tv3.. 2 days ago they went again and have not reappeard, the EPG shows whats on the chanel but there is no picture other than the 3 channels above. I done a power scan to see if it helped but im getting the same thing again epg is working telling me whats on but stil No Picture
Does anyone know what is wrong and how i can fix it???

Hi All,
Yes, they have changed the Freq. Follow the instructions below and you will be back on the air in no time.
Rgds.
1. Press Menu
2. Press Yellow button
3. In Provider enter 5401
4. In 00 line enter. 5b 74 36 A3 B2 30 CB 46 (check the bottom of your screen for letter buttons.
5. In 01 line enter. 54 0D 81 09 F9 6E 17 F9
6. Press O.K.
Then scan for ch. as usual.

got it . Thanks works perfectly . Just wish i didnt do a power scan now . All my chanels are all over the place. It will take me an hour now getting them back in order. Is there way to store channel Order ?
