ditch the motherboard. ECS is said to have crap quality. go with asus or gigabyte mb's.

also, no cheap power supplies. antec, corsair, seasonic, thermaltake are the ones to get.

if you get a cheap build right now, it's not going to last long. most of the cheap stuff are crappy products. it's better to save up for a better build than build a crappy rig now.

ps2: v7 scph-39001 - independence exploit - hdloader 0.8c - maxtor 300gb hdd
(+[__]%) psp slim ta-085v1: 6.60 PRO B10
wii (powered by bootmii/priiloader): 4.1u - d2x v10beta53-alt (base 56) - configurable usb loader v70r51/devolution r188 - wd scorpio black 7200rpm 320gig w/ ams venus ds2 enclosure

got a whole lot more to list . . .

Of a sample of 10 ECS motherboars, only 1 wil probably still work after a couple of years, they're absolute junk.
A cheap PSU like that one is also very likely to damage the PC's components, and they are also prone to fire.
Get a Thermaltake purepower PSU, a proper motherboard like a Gigabyte, and choose cheaper other components to lower the cost.
You're welcome to keep that case, but don't use the power supply it comes with, AT ANY COST.

A PC build for such a ridiculously low budget just isn't doable. If you want a PC that cheap, you'll have to buy a second hand throwout from craigslist or ebay.
The parts I've listed will give you a quality new PC< but you will need to use your old hard drive, DVD rom drive and monitor, plus of course mouse, keyboard etc.
