Hardmoded Pandora's Battery Problems

I hardmoded my battery (or atleast tried) and I put it back together. I put in my psp and the battery charge level wont go higher than 1%. Can I still downgrade with the charger in?

Dont know never had this problem before never heard of anyone having this problem... Did you smolder the Pin5 again correctly?

No. The battery must be charged at 75% or higher. Sounds like you did not hard mod your battery correctly. Follow this link. It shows how to properly make a Pandora Battery by hard modding it.

There is no excuse NOT to mod! Don't follow the rules, make them!

I didnt take off the pin yet. And when I try to charge the battery, it wont go higher than 1% charge level.

Could be a defective battery. Or a trickle charge. Is it an official SONY battery? 3.6v 1800mAH? Age of battery?

Then if you did not Cut the Pin5 how did you create it? This is pin5

My battery came with my psp and it says:
SONY
3.6v
1800mAh
BATTERY PACK
(playstation logo) PSP


had it for about 1 year

If you have a Magic Stick give it a try with the charger connect and if that doesnt work, just throw it to the trash can... its complicated.

LIKE drakex said make sure you have your magic stick and the battery in first then plugin the charger. And if it did not power automatically than manually turn on the power. I tried myself and it work, when i was try pull off pin 5 it touches another pin and smoke came out and i though i just wasted 30 dollar. However, i was tikering around with it work by following the step i said above.
