My DS touch screen is messed up. I touch the screen and it thinks im touching another place. How do I fix it?

What does that do? Ive tried it before, how do I make it work? Do I press it a certain number of times?

This will adjust the screen for better use with the stylus. Just follow the instructions on the top screen.
