Just bought a Sharp Aquos LC-46d64U and can't get my color to where I want it. Can anyone share their settings with me?

Also, why is it that the color changes when I watch different dvds? I put in one dvd and all is fine, the color, the brightness, etc. I put in another and the color is way off, like it's way too much. Also, the picture is too dark at times and too light at others. Please help.
