My psp starts up but all the icons are gone all there is is the time and date and then the psp auto shuts down after like 30sec

What i did:
used pandoras battery and the MS to install ver 3.71m33
it worked but the icons are all gone
(Don't think this helps but before the ver was 3.50)

hey don't worries if u on cfw after use pandora's
do this
open the Recovery Menu, you know press R and reboot PSP
then u choice
Advanced-> Format flash1 and reset setting
later just format u memstick

i had the same problem when i made my mms with a psp that had a theme on it. i was able to fix it by reformatting flash1 in the recovery menu. do what the above post says, that should fix it for you.

I still play my wii, just not as much. Gave my PSP to my son.
