Okay, I know this question has probably been asked, but, I'm so frustrated at the moment.

How can you go from the Star Wars Edition PSP (V3.71) to a V3.71 M33 setup?

Now, this question has been asked, but, now, I'm going to go one further.

How, in the most simplistic (even a monkey can understand) steps can I do it.

I've read so many forums on how to do it, but I don't understand what is being said.

I know you will probably view me as archaic, or just some idiot, but seriously, I would like to get my PSP setup (without bricking it) so when I go on a trip, I can focus on my PSP and not the thousands of gallons of jet fuel that I'm sitting on.

Thank you for any help you can dispense.

First, you need a Pandora's Battery and a Magic Memory Stick. You need a buddy with 1.50 or Custom Firmware to make one.

You have a Slim psp and as CKhaleel says the only way is with a Pandora Battery and MMS.

This may explain better http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/569423

No one thinks your a idiot but peeps do get frustated as all this info is in this very forum. Just need to read it. It is confusing at first but once you get to grips with it, it becomes 2nd nature.

CKhaleel - Apologies if i have trode on your toes, just was not long ago i was a full bore Noob. Not sure he even know's what a pandora is.

Lovely, I got neither.

The joys of living in a hick town in Iowa.

And here I was hoping it some something easy to fix.

The alternative is to send your psp to someone in the states, to d/g for you.

All the parts you need can be bought from e*** including a pandora battery if you prefer, all you need is battery and a memory stick and your sorted. I could evn do it for you if i had your battery and MS, small prob as i across the pond tho

that sucks, i can get the Pandora battery and MMS for 30, but sending it across the pond...yaaah, S&H would strangle me, not to mention the fight I would have with the Postal Service.

Buy a Datel Tool Battery.

Then use this guide HERE to create the Memory Stick with your official firmware PSP. More information is located in the guide i just linked to.
