3.11 FW PSP, pls help, downgrade ot upgrade ?s

Hi my cousin has a 3.11 firmware PSP, i need to downgrade it to 1.5 .
I cud use a guide or something, thanks

also if theres anyway to turn it into custom firmware without downgrading it.

Ok 1.50 is Official Firmware which allows you to upgrade to CFW.

I would recommend d/g to 1.5>3.71M33-4.

Ok 1.50 is Official Firmware which allows you to upgrade to CFW.

Actually you need to upgrade to 3.52 M33-4 First to be able to upgrade to 3.71 M33-4...

Yes you are correct, but i think the guide explains that.:-)

Maybe i should have said, maybe not - been a long time since i have needed to go back to 1.50, these days i go straight to 3.71M33-4 from current firmware.

thanks I actually have the 3.71 M-33 on my PSP, but my cousin accidentaly upgraded his to a 3.11 , so i guess il try downgrading it .

Actually he just wants to play emulators on it, do they work on 1.5?

cuz he buys PSP games , just wants an emulator for SNES

Actually it could work on 1.5 cause 1.5 is a homebrew enabled FW which makes emulators run on it....
But you could upgrade to 3.71 M33-4 then add the 1.50 add-on for you to play homebrew and run emulators... but it's your choice....
