Hi guys, I have a psp-2001 series and i just received a pandora battery and mem. stick with cfw m33-2 on it that i ordered off of ebay.

The sellers instructions said to put in the mem. card then the pandora battery and it should auto start. I did that but my psp doesnt auto start. It just doesnt do anything and i am pretty sure the battery is completely in and charged.

Did i get the wrong battery? cuz it said on the listing that it works for all slims (series 2000). I assumed my 2001 series is the same as the 2000 series, am i wrong?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

put your battery inside your PSP and PLUG your AC supply and let it charge for about 1 hour and see what happens.

More then likely you got a fake Battery + magic Stick.

The last place you want to buy Batteries and memory Sticks from is Ebay.

If the green power LED light isn't coming on when you place it in the PSP then...

1) charge it

2) you have a fake Battery and are probably out of how much ever it was you paid the guy.

he said he is gonna send me a replacement since this one isnt working. he seems honest.

So from what you guys r saying it looks like I got a defective pandora battery for my psp-2001. Is there any way it can be checked to see if it actually is a dud or a pandora?

If it is a proper working Pandora Battery the green power led on the PSP should come on when you insert it.

Theres an application you could use to see if it is in service mode but of course you need a custom firmware PSP to run the application.

I would assume you don't have 1 if your buying the Pandora Battery off the Internet.
