ISO back to IFO/etc files

How do I take an ISO file back to the IFO and other files? It's too large to burn to a dvd so that is not an option. It's not a regular movie so getting an original dvd is not an option either. I know if I can get it back to the individual files I can use IFO edit to strip out whatever I don't want.

Use some virtual drive software like DaemonTools
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/portal/download.php
Then add u iso and copy all files manually or use DVDDecrypter.
