i want to download a rom and on the website it says file size about 7.8 MB. Then it says rom size about 235 Mbit. what does it mean, what is the real size and why are their different mirrors?

link and have you tried downloading it then checking the size, i think the 235 Mbit is just some transfer speed thing.
